Come join us for the 10th annual Country Cruisin' Motorcycle Vendor Expo. We plan to be one quarter mile from the entrance to Snowshoe Mountain Resort, July 16-20, 2008. The Freedom Fest Motorcycle Rally at Snowshoe is open to all motorcycle brands and last year's rally at Snowshoe drew in excess of 8,000 riders.
Freedom Fest will feature a kick off party with Free Brew and Bar Food, a touring day with guided rides in the surrounding mountains, a $10,000 poker run, vendors, a guided tour to participate in white water rafting, a motorcycle parade to the motorcycle rider only "Bluegrass Dinner Train" at Cass Scenic Railroad, a Bike Show, a Movie Night featuring 1st rate biker flicks, Biker Games, more riding, Vendor Expos, ending with an "Ox Roast" and all the fixings cookout right before the final rally entertainment in Snowshoe Village. Snowshoe resort has plenty of evening entertainment at various venues on the "mountain". Since the mountain sleeps close to 15,000 people in a wide variety of lodging choices, from simple rooms to extravagant condominums, there is usually a party going on somewhere. Sunday usually finishes with the rally with a biker brunch and a farewell Biker Blessing. For more information check out the official rally website.
